Indian Festivals are on the Way - Makar Sankranti and Lohri

As India is one of the largest countries in the world with 28 states and seven union territories. Every year thousand of tourists attract towards India from all over the world. India is one of the countries with multi religion people of different customs and traditions living together and celebrates various events and festivals together. India houses many types of festivals starting from month of January to last December. In every month you will find one of festivals that celebrate through out India. Among the various festival makar sankranti is one of the famous harvest festival. Makar Sankranti depicts the beginning of the harvest season which is transition of Sun into Capricorn on its celestial path. It is a day when sun begins its journey northwards.
